Impacto Warehouse Supervisor - Jefferson County Job Details Job Location Jefferson County - Watertown, NY Salary Range $22.00 - $25.08 Hourly Description Position Type/Expected Hours of Work– 40 hours per week. Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. depending on the needs of the program Qualifications- High School Diploma and one-year experience working with the developmentally disabled preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license. Work Authorization/Security Clearance –Authorized to work in the United States and pass all background clearances. Summary/Objective -Perform duties of working supervisor for the IMPACTO distribution area. Essential Functions –Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Schedule daily work assignments based on orders received from Canada. Ensure all production needs are being met on time. Complete work orders and packaging requirements according to packing slips. Monitor and maintain quality control during all phases of production on all assigned contracts. Train employees on job tasks. Keep accurate inventory of raw materials, finished product, and supplies in assigned work areas and document on excel spreadsheet daily. Maintain awareness of all safety procedures and insure their use. Assist with quarterly inventory. Develop and maintain an understanding of the manufacturing processes. Assist in the maintenance of equipment as required Perform or insure that a daily safety inspection of your site(s) is conducted to minimize and address any possible safety hazards, and to ensure all equipment is being utilized safely and properly. Attend and satisfactorily complete all required in-services. Other duties as necessary. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
