Job Description

As a Dining Services Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary requirements and portion control guidelines.
• Setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout meal service.
• Engaging with residents during meal times, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any requests or concerns.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient dining service.
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.
• Assisting with dishwashing and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred.
