Job Description: HVAC Installer
Ductworks Heating and Cooling, a well-established HVAC company in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you have solid technical expertise, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work either independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to manufacturer's specifications and company standards
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Accurately complete paperwork and reports
- Safely operate tools, equipment and materials required for HVAC installations
- Keep work area and company vehicles organized and clean
- Complete assigned work in a timely and efficient manner
- Continuously strive to improve technical abilities and customer service skills
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required
