The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $5,100 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 12 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills and a strong track record of successful HVAC installations.
Responsibilities:
-Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to clients’ specifications and industry standards.
-Conduct pre-installation assessments to determine equipment and material requirements for each project.
-Assemble new HVAC equipment and install it in a manner that adheres to manufacturer and industry standards.
-Dismantle and remove old HVAC equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
-Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
-Participate in training programs to maintain and improve professional knowledge and skills.
-Contribute to project timelines by completing projects in a timely manner.
-Demonstrate excellent communication skills when working with team members and clients.
Requirements:
-A high school diploma or equivalent certification.
-2+ years of installation experience in the HVAC industry.
-Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
-An EPA Universal certification.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
-A valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
-The ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and work in confined spaces.
