Market price: $2,300 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 3 months

Inglis House is seeking a dynamic, seasoned, compassionate, and strategic Executive Director & Administrator to lead our unique long-term care community for people living with complex physical disabilities. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this position will be 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

The Executive Director & Administrator is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of Inglis House in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards. Ensuring the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained is a top priority. The successful candidate will also lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure that each department achieves its annual operating plan priorities and targets. Additionally, the Executive Director & Administrator will serve as a member of the Inglis Senior Leadership Team, providing input and support to organization-wide initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • A valid Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Rehabilitation, or other Healthcare-related field (Master's preferred)
  • Working knowledge of long-term care health regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (3-5 years with a Person-Centered Care organization preferred)

The salary for this position is $150K. Full-time position with an estimated salary range of $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
