Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry professional in OKC, Oklahoma. As a Data Entry associate, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate data records, conducting comprehensive research, managing documents, and fostering positive relationships within the team and external contacts. Responsibilities: • Analyze and review commercial property data to ensure accuracy. • Utilize online resources to locate commercial property information and associated municipal jurisdictions. • Follow established processes to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Manage and preserve documents to maintain accurate records. • Determine necessary requests, complete and submit them according to municipal and department processes. • Monitor requests to ensure timely processing and update information in the database accordingly. • Conduct thorough research of online resources to obtain necessary documents and information. • Maintain accurate records of site cost transactions and notes. • Coordinate mailings and manage email workload effectively. • Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Research is required • Demonstrable experience in a Call Center Customer Service role • Exceptional Customer Service skills are essential • Ability to conduct and manage Data Gathering tasks • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • High school diploma or equivalent education level • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
