Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Entry specialist in OKC, Oklahoma. This role centers around researching, interpreting, and maintaining data and documents related to commercial properties. You will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with municipal contacts and ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review commercial property data, making use of online resources to locate properties and relevant information.
• Manage and preserve documents, ensuring the accuracy of all data and updating it accordingly.
• Follow processes to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, coordinating mailings as necessary.
• Determine necessary requests, complete and submit them according to municipal and department processes.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors.
• Utilize your skills in Computer Research, Call Center Customer Service, Customer Service, and Data Gathering to effectively manage workload and meet production targets.
• Utilize the database to enter information and notes, ensuring accurate, updated information.
• Monitor requests to ensure timely processing and maintain accurate site cost transactions.
• Complete sufficient research of online resources to obtain documents and information.
• Effectively communicate in a professional manner at all times and contribute to managing the team workload as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in computer research techniques and tools
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints professionally
• Capability to gather, analyze and interpret data efficiently
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input
• Strong typing skills with high speed and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of data confidentiality principles is essential
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field will be a plus.
