Responsibilities <ul><li>Work with the team to cultivate Zettlor's high design bar and level of execution</li><li>Closely partner with the leadership team to successfully communicate our product strategy, process and lead cross-functional meetings to align teams</li><li>Showcase creative thinking and strategic execution. You will be asked to think outside of the box and will partner with our product and eng teams to push innovation forward</li><li>Will work across the entire business stack and make an impact at different stages of the product: building vision &amp; strategy, ensuring all the loose ends are tied up when executing, and making sure the operational components to support onboarding are in place, not just the product</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for detailed articulations of strategy, process, craft, and leading cross-functional meetings to align teams</li><li>Strong ability to craft a clear narrative and paint a vision that communicates and aligns teams</li><li>Passion for team building and development</li><li>Ability to operate in uncertain environments and work on a weekly cadence</li><li>Ability to work asynchronously&nbsp;</li></ul>

What you'll do You'll work on a weekly cadence as part of the Core team to launch products that elegantly solve the number one priority for businesses. You will grow and scale a robust product organization. The output of your creative work materially impacts individuals, households and businesses. Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate and maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment</li><li>Develop features and improvements to the Zettlor product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way</li><li>Showcase creative thinking and strategic execution</li><li>Solve technical problems of large scope and complexity</li><li>Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review</li><li>Represent Zettlor and its values in public communication around specific projects and community contributions</li><li>Confidently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.
