Memberships - Help Center

How recurring sauna and cold plunge memberships work: included monthly sessions, unlimited plans, member guest passes, priority booking, and holds.

Memberships#

How Memberships Work#

A membership is a recurring subscription (billed monthly, quarterly, or annually) that gives you ongoing access to sessions and member-only perks at your facility. Your membership renews automatically on your billing date until paused or cancelled.

Common Membership Types and Benefits#

Each facility designs its own membership tiers, which typically include one or more of the following:

  • Included sessions per billing period: A set number of visits each cycle (for example, 4 or 8 sessions per month) that book for $0 at checkout while credits remain. Unused monthly included sessions reset at the start of your next billing period unless your venue specifies otherwise, whereas separate punch packs keep their balance until used or expired.
  • Unlimited access: Book eligible sessions at $0 throughout your billing period, subject to the venue's daily or active-reservation limits.
  • Extra visits after your cycle allowance: Once your included visits for the current billing period are used, additional sessions book at the session's configured price (or can be covered with a session pack or store credit).
  • Member guest passes: Included passes to bring a friend along in your booking at no charge or at a member-guest rate where offered by your facility.
  • Priority booking windows: Early access to reserve popular weekend or evening slots before general drop-in booking opens.
  • On-site perks: Complimentary towel or robe service, retail discounts, or priority waitlist placement at participating venues.

Booking With Your Membership#

Sign in with your member email address or phone number before selecting a slot on the booking page:

  1. The schedule will automatically unlock any member early-access windows and display your $0 included member rate while you have active session credits remaining.
  2. If you are bringing a friend in the same reservation, add a second seat at checkout and apply an available Guest Pass, session pack credit, store credit, or card payment while your own seat uses your membership.

Managing Your Membership, Card on File, and Holds#

From your customer account portal, you can:

  • View your active plan name, status, and next renewal date
  • Track how many included sessions and guest passes you have left in the current billing period
  • Update the credit card used for recurring membership renewals
  • Request a membership hold (freeze) or cancellation according to the facility's policy

Cancelling or Changing Plans#

  • Cancelling: When you cancel a membership, your benefits and any remaining included visits stay active through the end of your current paid billing period. Once the period ends, your card will not be charged again.
  • Switching tiers or pausing: To upgrade, downgrade, or place a temporary travel or medical hold on your membership, check your account portal options or contact the facility directly before your next renewal date.

Common Questions#

How do included monthly membership sessions book at $0?#

When you sign in before picking a slot, or enter the email address and phone number on your membership at checkout, checkout automatically applies your available included membership visits so eligible sessions book for $0 until your cycle allowance is used.

What happens when I use all of my included sessions for the month?#

Once your included visits for the current billing cycle are used, you can book additional sessions at the session's published price or apply a separate session pack or store credit.

Can I pause or freeze my membership while traveling?#

Many facilities allow temporary membership holds (freezes) between billing cycles. Check your membership controls in the customer account portal or contact your facility before your next renewal date to schedule a hold.

Getting Started#

Welcome to Zettlor. This guide covers everything you need to know about booking sessions, signing waivers, managing reservations, and using memberships, passes, and credits at your facility.

First Steps#

  1. Open your facility's booking page and choose the location, room, or session type you want.
  2. Select a date, time slot, and party size (or choose a private group buyout if offered).
  3. Add guest names or contact details if you are booking seats for friends.
  4. Pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, an active membership, a session pass, a gift card, or account credit.
  5. Check your email or text messages for your confirmation and waiver link.

Session availability, pricing, and pass options update in real time on the facility's live booking page.

Signing In to Your Account#

Every facility on Zettlor provides a customer account portal where you can manage upcoming visits and balances:

  • Sign in using either your email address or mobile phone number with a 6-digit verification code (there is no password to remember).
  • Link additional email addresses or phone numbers in your account settings so bookings made at the front desk, on a kiosk, or online all stay under one profile.
  • View your Account guide for details on saved cards, calendar feeds, and duplicate profiles.

Waivers and Check-In#

Most sauna, cold plunge, and bathhouse facilities require a digital waiver before your first session:

  • Booked for yourself: Sign the digital waiver right after checkout or from the link in your confirmation email before you arrive.
  • Booked for a group: Every attendee needs their own signed waiver. Share the waiver link from your confirmation screen with your guests so each person can sign on their phone ahead of time, or have them scan the QR code at the front desk kiosk on arrival.

Passes, Credits, and Shared Balances#

Facilities offer several ways to prepay or share visits:

  • Discovery and intro offers: Discounted first-time passes for new guests.
  • Session packs and punch cards: Multi-visit packs that deduct one credit per seat booked.
  • Dollar-amount store credits and gift cards: Spendable balances that apply toward sessions, private bookings, or on-site add-ons.
  • Shared group and household balances: Some facilities let couples, families, or teams share a single credit pool across linked members. See Credits and Passes.

Recurring Membership Plans#

Recurring memberships grant ongoing access, such as a set number of included sessions per billing cycle, unlimited sessions, member-only pricing, early-access booking windows, and guest passes to bring friends. You can view your renewal date, remaining included sessions, payment card, and membership status any time in your account portal. See Memberships.

Waitlists, Fair Draws, and Walk-Ins#

  • Waitlists: When a session is full, join the waitlist on the booking page to get notified if a seat opens up.
  • Fair-draw releases: For high-demand sessions, some venues open a registration window and run a verified draw instead of a first-come refresh race.
  • Walk-in queue: Many venues accept walk-in guests when seats are open or run a live walk-in queue at the front desk.

Managing, Rescheduling, or Cancelling a Visit#

From your customer portal (or the manage link in your confirmation email), you can:

  • Reschedule an upcoming reservation directly to another open time slot when within the venue's change window.
  • Cancel a reservation and see in advance whether your booking returns a session pass, issues instant account credit, or refunds your original card under the venue's policy.
  • Add to Calendar via Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or a live ICS calendar feed. See Reservations.

Common Questions#

How do I reschedule or cancel a reservation?#

Open your confirmation email or sign in to the customer portal, select your upcoming reservation, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Available options depend on how close the session is to starting and the venue's policy.

How do my friends sign their waivers when I book multiple seats?#

After checkout, your confirmation page and email include a shareable waiver link. Send that link to your guests so each person can sign on their own phone before arriving, or have them sign at the front desk kiosk when you check in.

What if I arrive late?#

Sessions run on a room clock so the next group can start on time. Most facilities hold your reserved seat for a short grace window after the start time, though arriving late reduces your time inside the room. Check your confirmation email for your venue's arrival instructions.

How do I check my remaining passes, credits, or gift card balance?#

Sign in to the customer portal to see all active session passes, dollar credits, shared group pools, and membership visits, or use the venue's gift card lookup page to check a gift code.

Need Help?#

Each facility sets its own schedule, pricing, membership rules, and cancellation windows. For changes to a booking, billing questions, or account merges, contact the facility directly using the contact details on their booking page. See Support for what to include when reaching out.

Booking a Session#

How to Book Online#

  1. Open your facility's booking page and select a location or room if the venue has more than one space.
  2. Pick a date and time slot on the schedule. Each slot shows how many seats are still open (or whether the hour is available as a private buyout).
  3. Choose your party size (number of seats) and any optional add-ons such as towel rental, robe rental, or cold plunge access.
  4. If you are booking more than one seat, enter the names and email addresses or phone numbers of your guests so their waivers and check-in records are linked ahead of time.
  5. Select how you want to pay: an active membership, a session pass, a guest pass, account credit, a gift card, a promo code, or a credit/debit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where enabled).
  6. Complete checkout and watch for your confirmation email and waiver status.

Shared Sessions vs. Private Buyouts#

Many sauna, cold plunge, and bathhouse venues sell the same room two ways:

  • Shared sessions (by the seat): You book one or more individual seats on the bench alongside other guests up to the room's capacity.
  • Private rentals and buyouts (whole room): Your group reserves the entire room for that time slot. Once a shared seat is booked in a time slot, a full-room buyout is no longer available for that hour, and vice versa.

Booking for a Group and Using Guest Passes#

When you reserve multiple seats in a single booking:

  • Your seat vs. guest seats: If you have a personal membership, your included membership visit covers your own seat. To cover friends in the same booking, you can apply Member Guest Passes (if included in your plan), additional session pack credits, account credit, or pay for the remaining seats by card.
  • Naming your guests: Adding each guest's name and email or phone number at checkout lets them sign their own waiver before arriving and makes front-desk check-in take seconds.
  • Per-person waivers: Every person entering the sauna or cold plunge must have a signed waiver on file. Share the link on your confirmation page with your party or have guests sign on the front-desk tablet when you arrive.

Sold-Out Sessions, Waitlists, and Fair Draws#

  • Waitlists: If a time slot is full, select it to join the waitlist. When a seat opens up from a cancellation, the system notifies waitlisted guests or fills the spot according to the facility's waitlist rules.
  • Fair-draw registration windows: For peak sessions that sell out immediately, some facilities open a registration window instead of first-come-first-served booking. You register your phone-verified entry during the window, and seats are assigned by a verified draw when the window closes. Guests not selected in the draw can roll automatically onto the cancellation waitlist.

Walk-In Booking and On-Site Queues#

Many facilities welcome walk-in guests when seats are available:

  • Scan the facility's QR code poster at the door to book the next open session on your phone, or check in with staff at the front desk.
  • At busy bathhouses or cold plunge studios, you can join the live walk-in queue and receive a text notification when your spot is ready.

Confirmation and Calendar Sync#

Right after checkout, you receive a confirmation email with your session date, start time, location address, waiver status, and preparation notes (such as bringing a swimsuit, sandals, or water bottle). From the confirmation page or your account portal, you can add the visit to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or subscribe to your personal calendar feed.

Rescheduling and Cancellation#

Need to move or cancel your visit? Open your confirmation email or sign in to your account portal to see your reservation options. See Reservations for how rescheduling, credit returns, and card refund cutoffs work.

Common Questions#

Can I book multiple seats for friends and have each person sign their own waiver?#

Yes. Choose the total number of seats for your group during booking and enter each guest's name and email or phone number at checkout. Your confirmation page provides a shareable waiver link so every attendee can sign on their own phone before arrival.

Can I combine my membership with a guest pass or card payment in one booking?#

Yes. When you book multiple seats with the email address and phone number on your account, your membership covers your own seat and you can apply an available Member Guest Pass, session pack credit, store credit, or card payment to cover the remaining seats in the same reservation.

How does a fair-draw release work compared to a standard waitlist?#

A standard waitlist collects names after a session sells out and fills openings as cancellations happen. A fair-draw release opens a registration window before seats are assigned, then runs a verified draw when the window closes so everyone who registered during the window has an equal shot at peak times.

Your Account#

Signing In#

Enter your email address and the facility sends you a 6-digit sign-in code. Enter the code to open your account. Codes expire after 5 minutes. There is no password to create. If the code is not in your inbox, check the spam folder, then request a new code.

Where enabled by the facility, you can also sign in using your verified mobile phone number to receive the 6-digit sign-in code by text message, and choose your preferred sign-in method in your account settings.

What You Can See and Manage#

Once signed in to your customer portal, you can view and manage:

  • Upcoming reservations: Dates, start times, party size, waiver completion status, and one-tap Reschedule or Cancel actions.
  • Passes and credit balances: Remaining session credits, member guest passes, dollar-amount store credits, shared group or household pools, expiration dates, and usage history.
  • Membership status: Active plan, included sessions remaining in the current billing cycle, next renewal date, and billing options.
  • Saved payment methods: Add, update, or remove saved cards on file, and opt in to use your saved card for quick front-desk checkouts and tabs.
  • Calendar sync: Add individual bookings to Apple or Google Calendar, or subscribe to a live ICS calendar feed of all your upcoming sessions.
  • Past visits and receipts: Complete reservation and purchase history.

Updating Your Contact Information and Linked Aliases#

From your account page, you can update your name, primary phone number, and linked contact methods:

  • Multiple email addresses or phone numbers: If you sometimes book with a work email and sometimes with a personal email or phone number, you can verify and link additional email or phone aliases to your profile so all reservations and credits stay in one place.
  • Changing your primary email: If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact the facility directly so staff can update it for you.

Duplicate Accounts#

If you previously booked with a different email address, phone number, or nickname at the front desk, you may have two profiles at the facility. Contact the facility and share both email addresses or phone numbers so staff can merge them into a single account, consolidating your credits, passes, waiver history, reservations, and membership.

Common Questions#

Do I need a password to sign in to my customer account?#

No. Customer accounts use a 6-digit sign-in code sent to your email address or verified mobile phone number. Codes expire after 5 minutes, and there is no password to create or reset.

Yes. After signing in, open your account settings to verify and link additional email addresses or phone numbers so bookings, waivers, passes, and memberships stay under one profile.

How do I subscribe to my live reservation calendar feed?#

In your customer account portal, use the calendar sync option to subscribe to your personal ICS calendar feed in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook so new and rescheduled visits update automatically.

Credits and Passes#

Types of Credits and Passes#

Facilities on Zettlor offer a few distinct ways to hold prepaid visits or balances on your account:

  • Session passes (punch packs): Each pass credit covers one seat in an eligible session (for example, a 5-Pack or 10-Pack of sauna visits), regardless of peak or off-peak ticket price unless restricted by the venue.
  • Member guest passes: Passes granted by a recurring membership that are specifically marked for bringing a guest alongside you (or booking a friend into a session).
  • Dollar-amount store credits: A monetary balance on your account (from a gift card, promotional credit, or cancelled booking) that deducts from the total dollar amount at checkout.
  • Shared group and household balances: A pooled credit or session balance shared across invited family members, partners, or teammates.

Buying and Claiming Passes or Gift Cards#

  • Session packs: Purchase multi-visit packs directly on the facility's booking page or store page, or during booking checkout when a pack can be bought and applied in the same step.
  • Gift cards: When you buy or receive a digital gift card, the recipient can claim it via the gift claim link in their email or enter the gift code at checkout. You can also check any gift card's remaining balance on the facility's gift card lookup page.
  • Shared balance invites: If someone invites you to a shared household or group wallet, open the claim link from your invite to connect that shared balance to your account.

Applying Credits at Checkout#

At checkout, enter the email address and phone number on your account. You don't need to sign in. Zettlor then shows your eligible passes, guest passes, shared balances, and store credit:

  1. Select the session pass or credit balance you want to apply.
  2. If you are booking multiple seats (for example, yourself plus a friend), you can combine your own membership visit with a guest pass or session credit, or pay any remaining balance by card.
  3. Please select either a session pass or a new pack purchase for a given seat so you do not pay twice for the same spot.

Checking Your Balance and History#

Sign in to your account portal to view every active and past pass or credit balance. Each item shows:

  • Remaining visits or dollar balance
  • Eligible session types (and whether a pass is for any seat or guest seats only)
  • Expiration date (if the pass expires)
  • A transaction log showing which bookings used or restored credits

Expiration and Cancellations#

  • Expiration dates: Multi-visit packs and promotional credits may carry an expiration date set by the facility. Unused visits expire after that date unless extended by the venue.
  • Restored credits on cancellation: When you cancel a pass-paid or credit-paid reservation within the facility's allowed cancellation window, the credit is automatically returned to your balance immediately.

Troubleshooting#

  • Credits or passes not appearing at checkout: Enter the same email address and phone number you used when you bought the pack. Passes appear after you add your phone number. If you have two profiles, ask the facility to merge them.
  • Pass says it is not eligible for this session: Some intro passes, off-peak packs, or guest passes only apply to specific rooms, days, or guest seats. Check the pass label in your account wallet.

Common Questions#

What is the difference between a session pass and dollar-amount store credit?#

A session pass (punch pack) deducts one visit credit per seat booked in an eligible session, whereas dollar-amount store credit deducts its monetary value from your checkout total across sessions, private bookings, or add-ons.

How do shared group and household balances work?#

When a facility offers shared group or household wallets, the purchaser can invite family members, partners, or teammates via a claim link. Once connected, each invited member can book eligible sessions directly from the shared credit pool.

What happens to my session pass if I cancel a booking?#

When you cancel a pass-paid reservation within the facility's allowed cancellation window, the session credit is automatically restored to your account balance right away.

Reservations#

Viewing Your Upcoming Visits#

Sign in to your customer account portal (or open the link in your confirmation email) to see all upcoming and past reservations. Each reservation card shows:

  • Date, start and end time, and location
  • Session or room name and party size (number of seats)
  • Waiver status (how many attendees in your party have signed and how many are still pending)
  • Payment method or pass used

Rescheduling a Reservation#

If your plans change, you do not need to cancel and start over when rescheduling is available within the facility's change window:

  1. Open your reservation from your confirmation email or the Upcoming Reservations section of your account portal.
  2. Select Reschedule and pick a new date and time slot with enough open seats for your party.
  3. If the new time slot has the same price (or is covered by your pass or membership), your booking moves immediately. If you reschedule into a higher-priced peak slot, checkout will show the price difference before you confirm.

Cancelling a Reservation and Refund Options#

To cancel an upcoming visit, open the reservation in your account portal and select Cancel. Before you confirm, Zettlor shows a live cancellation preview based on the facility's cutoff policy:

  • Pass or membership bookings: Cancelling within the allowed window immediately restores the session pass or included membership visit to your account.
  • Card-paid bookings: Depending on the facility's policy and how far in advance you cancel, you may be able to choose instant account credit (ready to spend right away on a future visit) or a refund to your original payment method (which takes 5 to 10 business days to post on your bank statement).
  • Late cancellations: Cancellations inside the facility's late-cutoff window may forfeit the credit or incur a late cancellation fee set by the venue.

Managing Group Attendees and Waivers#

If you booked multiple seats for friends or family:

  • Share the waiver link from your reservation details so each guest can sign their own digital waiver before arriving.
  • Once a guest signs, the pending waiver count on your reservation updates automatically.

Adding Reservations to Your Calendar#

Use the Add to Calendar buttons on your confirmation page or in your account portal to add a visit to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook, or subscribe to your personal ICS calendar feed so every new or rescheduled booking syncs automatically.

Arrival, Late Policy, and No-Shows#

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time so you can check in, store your belongings, and shower before entering the room. Because sauna and cold plunge sessions run on fixed room clocks, late arrivals still end at the scheduled session end time, and missed reservations (no-shows) are generally not eligible for refunds or credit restoration.

Common Questions#

Can I reschedule my reservation to another time slot without cancelling first?#

Yes. Open your reservation in the customer account portal and choose Reschedule to move directly into another open slot within the facility's change window.

How do I know whether cancelling gives me a pass return, account credit, or a card refund?#

Before you confirm a cancellation, the reservation screen previews the exact outcome under the venue's policy, including whether your pass is restored immediately, converted to instant account credit, or refunded to your card.

How can I check if everyone in my group has signed their waiver?#

Open your upcoming reservation in the account portal to see the live waiver count for your party and copy the shareable waiver link for any guests who still need to sign.

FAQ#

Booking and Group Visits#

My booking failed at checkout. What happened?#

The most common reason is that another guest claimed the last open seat in that time slot while you were completing checkout. Refresh the schedule and select another time slot with enough open seats for your party.

Can I book seats for friends or family in the same reservation?#

Yes. Increase the guest count when selecting your slot and enter each guest's name and email or phone number at checkout. Every attendee in your party will have their own spot on the check-in roster and can sign their own digital waiver ahead of time.

How do I use a member guest pass for a friend?#

Select 2 (or more) seats for your session and go to checkout. Enter the email address and phone number on your membership. Your membership covers your own seat, and you can select your available Guest Pass to cover your friend's seat in the same booking.

What happens if the session I want is sold out?#

Select the full session to join the waitlist (or enter the fair-draw window if the venue runs a verified draw for peak releases). If a seat opens up from a cancellation, waitlisted guests are notified automatically.

What payment methods are accepted?#

Facilities accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, plus active memberships, session passes, gift cards, shared group balances, and account credit.

Credits, Passes, and Gift Cards#

Do my credits or session passes expire?#

Multi-visit packs and promotional credits may have an expiration date set by the facility, which is shown next to each balance in your account portal. Monthly included sessions from a recurring membership reset at the end of each billing cycle, while purchased punch packs and gift cards keep their remaining balance until used or expired.

Can I share my credits or passes with someone else?#

You can book multiple seats in one reservation and apply your session passes or store credit to cover guests coming with you. If the facility offers shared group or household balances or member guest passes, invited members can also book directly from the shared pool. You can also purchase a digital gift card for someone else.

I bought credits or a gift card. Why aren't they showing up?#

Enter the same email address and phone number you used at purchase. Passes appear after you add your phone number.

If you received a gift card by email, open the Claim Gift link in that email (or enter the gift code at checkout) to attach the balance to your account.

Membership Renewals and Billing#

When does my membership renew, and when do my monthly visits reset?#

Your membership renews automatically on the same billing date each cycle. Any included monthly sessions reset on that renewal date. You can view your exact renewal date and remaining visits in your account portal.

I cancelled my membership. Why do I still see it active, or why was I charged?#

When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for so you can finish using your remaining visits. If a renewal charge occurred before you cancelled, contact the facility directly to ask about their billing policy.

Account and Sign-In#

I didn't receive my 6-digit sign-in code. What should I do?#

Codes expire after 5 minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder first, or try signing in with your verified mobile phone number if text-message sign-in is enabled at your venue.

I have two accounts. Can they be merged?#

Yes. Contact the facility with both email addresses or phone numbers and staff can merge your profiles, consolidating all credits, passes, reservations, waivers, and memberships into one account.

How do I update my email address, phone number, or saved card?#

Sign in to your account portal to update your phone number, link an additional email or phone alias, or manage your saved payment cards. To change your primary account email, contact the facility directly.

My membership or class pack isn't on this account.#

Sign in with the email the facility already has. If it still is not there, contact the facility and give them that email. They can attach the membership or merge a duplicate account. The front desk can book today's session while they do that.

Waivers and Arrival#

Do I need to sign a waiver before my visit?#

Yes, most sauna, cold plunge, and bathhouse facilities require a signed digital waiver before your first session. You will be prompted to sign right after checkout, via the link in your confirmation email, or at the front-desk kiosk when you arrive.

If I book for a group, does everyone need to sign a waiver?#

Yes. Every person entering the rooms needs their own signed waiver. After booking, share the waiver link from your confirmation screen with your guests so they can sign on their phones before arriving.

Support#

Quick Self-Service Checklist#

Before reaching out to your facility, you can resolve most common requests directly in your customer account portal:

  1. Reschedule or cancel a visit: Open your confirmation email or sign in to your account portal and select Reschedule or Cancel on your upcoming reservation.
  2. Missing pass, membership, or credit balance: Check whether you signed in with a different email address or phone number than the one used at purchase. You can link additional email or phone aliases in your account settings or ask the front desk to merge duplicate profiles.
  3. Group waivers: Use the shareable waiver link on your confirmation page so guests in your party can sign their waivers on their own phones before arrival.
  4. Review the FAQ: Answers to the most common booking, waitlist, guest pass, and billing questions are in our FAQ.

Contacting Your Facility#

Each sauna, cold plunge studio, or bathhouse on Zettlor operates independently and sets its own schedules, pricing, membership rules, and refund policies. Contact the facility directly (using the email, phone number, or contact link on their booking page) for:

  • Late-cancellation exceptions or schedule adjustments inside the cutoff window
  • Merging duplicate accounts or updating your primary email address
  • Membership plan changes, travel holds, or billing questions
  • Lost-and-found or on-site preparation questions

What to Include When You Reach Out#

To help the facility's team resolve your question on the first reply, include:

  • Your full name and the email address (and phone number) you used to sign in or book
  • The date, start time, and session name of the reservation in question
  • If asking about a duplicate account, both email addresses or phone numbers that may have been used
  • A screenshot of any error message or receipt if applicable

Refunds, Credits, and Processing Times#

When a reservation or purchase is refunded or cancelled:

  • Session pass and membership visit restorations: Returned to your account balance immediately upon cancellation (when cancelled within the venue's allowed window).
  • Store credit refunds: Added to your account wallet immediately and ready to apply at checkout on your next booking.
  • Credit or debit card refunds: Processed immediately through Stripe, and typically appear on your bank or card statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
  • Membership cancellations: Stop future recurring renewals at the end of your current billing period; your active access and remaining visits continue until that period ends.

Unrecognized or Disputed Charges#

Charges from your bookings, memberships, or front-desk purchases appear on your card statement under the name of the facility you visited. If you see an unexpected charge, please contact the facility first so staff can look up the receipt and issue a refund or credit adjustment right away.

Common Questions#

How long do credit or debit card refunds take to appear on my statement?#

Card refunds are submitted through Stripe right away and typically post to your bank or card statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer, whereas restored session passes and store credit appear in your account wallet immediately.

Who should I contact about a late cancellation or billing question?#

Contact the sauna, cold plunge studio, or bathhouse directly using the email address or phone number on their booking page, since each facility sets its own schedule, membership, and refund policies.

What details should I include when contacting my facility for support?#

Include your full name, the email address and phone number on your account, the session date and start time, and both email addresses or phone numbers if you need duplicate profiles merged.
