HVAC Service Technician

As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure they're functioning correctly. You'll work with a great team of professionals, and you'll be expected to use your expertise and experience to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, gas heating furnaces, electric heating systems, and related equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems to identify the root cause and develop a plan of action
• Inspect systems regularly and recommend proactive maintenance measures to prevent future problems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerants, and replacing filters
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to regulations and guidelines to ensure safety and compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification from an accredited HVAC program preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Experience with electrical and plumbing systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines
