A placement contract defines the terms an Employer offers to a Connector for successfully referring a hired employee.

Candidates with a score equal to or greater than 60 are qualified. Zettlor will score the candidate's resume, and you will receive an email with the score and a 'Qualified' tag next to their name on your job applications page.

The candidate will be submitted for evaluation, and you can track the status in your job applications pages.

A candidate's status will be marked 'Hired,' and your Wallet will reflect the payment schedule as per the contract.

Yes, 100% of the contract's value will be passed to Connectors.
No, Connectors are not charged any fees by Zettlor. The full contract value is passed on to the Connectors.

No, but that said take a common sense approach to submitting candidates. Hiring managers don't want to have to review piles of unqualified applicants and remember your name is next to those candidates as well.

If an Employer cancels a contract, you will be notified, and the contract will be marked as ‘Archived' on your Active Contracts Page. Any candidates submitted before cancellation will still be processed, and if they are hired for that position, you will receive your payout.

Violating the Connector guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent deactivation of your account, depending on the severity of the violation. For more details, refer to our Terms of Service.
