CNA/Scheduler - Somerfield At The Heritage

Somerfield At The Heritage is a leading senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate CNA/Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling care services for our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for resident care services

- Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure appropriate staffing levels

- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in resident needs or preferences

- Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff members regarding scheduling updates

- Assist with the coordination of transportation for residents to medical appointments and other off-site activities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:

- Valid CNA certification

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
