HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

As a HVAC Service Technician at Universal Refrigeration, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for someone with experience in commercial and residential HVAC systems who is motivated, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality
- Work closely with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians as needed
- Attend training sessions and industry events to stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a HVAC service technician role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary
- EPA certification is preferred
- NATE certification is a plus
