Job Description

Knute Nelson, a premier assisted living and housing provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Autumn Cottages. In this full-time position, you will provide high-quality personal care and ancillary services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Perform housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Facilitate engaging activities to promote socialization and cognitive stimulation.
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, family members, and visitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overnights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.
