About the Position
Our client, an aviation association, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Membership Services Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC!
About You
- 1+ years of membership, administrative, and customer service experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Previous non-profit, union, or association experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic Photoshop skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
The Job
- Support the membership department and online merchandise store.
- Interact with members and answer questions through email/phone correspondence.
- Organize merchandise, handle online orders, inventory, and support website updates.
- Prepare reports, memoranda, letters, and other documents and maintain files electronically.
- Additional support/special projects/administrative work as needed.
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $20/hr-$25/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$55K if made permanent (DOE). If you have relevant experience and are interested in this opportunity, apply today with your MS Word resume!
