This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $6,400 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 5 months

Description

The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services as per the resident's assessment and care plan, and under the direction of supervisors.

Responsibilities include:

Reporting all changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly
Assisting residents with daily dental and mouth care
Assisting residents with bath functions and dressing/undressing
Assisting with hair and nail care
Keeping residents clean shaven as instructed
Ensuring residents are dry and providing incontinent care
Changing bed linens and making beds
Assisting with bowel and bladder functions
Preparing residents for activity and social programs
Assisting with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents
Assisting residents in walking and performing restorative and rehabilitative procedures

Requirements:

Must have Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate or be enrolled in a Temporary Nursing Assistant Program
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
Must be a supportive team member, demonstrate teamwork, and contribute effectively
Must have the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the public
Must be patient, tactful, cheerful, and enthusiastic
Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition
