Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,400 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 9 months

Overview
Qualified candidates are eligible for a $2,500 Forgivable Loan. (Similar to a sign-on bonus.)
Active C.N.A. certification; BLS, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, reliable and dependable. Functions as part of the nursing care team by delivering basic care to residents in accordance with the department’s philosophy, standards of care, Health Center’s policies and procedures, and established care plans. Provides resident centered care and promotes a more homelike environment based on each resident’s preference. Must have current C.N.A. certificate and BCLS.

- Recognizes the importance of quality of life and ensures the integration of these events in each resident’s daily life.
- Promotes resident respect and self-esteem by allowing choice/opportunity to make decisions based on information provided to them and their personal preferences.
Qualifications
Education
- Minimum of 2 years of high school
Annual Requirements, Licensure, and Certification
- Current certification as a nursing assistant or enrolled in C.N.A. course or equivalent and will complete testing within 4 months of hire.
- Current status on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry or grandfathered status or obtain within 4 months.
