Civil Designer / Drafter (Hybrid)

Civil Designer / Drafter - (Hybrid) Akron, OH - JOB 24-00600 Salary Range: $50K - $75K Permanent Position with Benefits. A growing full service civil & environmental engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a motivated and technically driven Designer to assist engineers and landscape architects in the development of construction plans for trails, roadways, sidewalks, and active transportation projects. Qualifications: • Associate or Technical Degree is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred • 2-5 Years of experience is required • Basic communication and interpersonal skills are required • Must be analytical and creative-minded • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD, and other industry software • Experience in trail and/or multi-modal transportation, or the motivation to learn this specialty, is required.
