We are currently looking for a Business Office Lead to join our team at Bethesda Dilworth. In this role, you will be responsible for private pay collections, conducting monthly Triple Check meetings, handling resident trusts, and assisting in the admission process for new residents. You will also be responsible for conducting facility tours and addressing financial concerns of residents and their family members.
Job Qualifications:
Education and Training/Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Additional college training preferred.
Minimum one year experience in Long Term Care Business Office.
Strong computer skills preferred.
Knowledge of Resident Trust processes a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm.
Knowledge of functions and relationships of departments within a nursing home environment preferred.
Ability to handle multiple demands at the same time.
Familiarity with word processing.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
