Providence Point Healthcare Residence is a skilled nursing facility located at 200 Adams Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15243. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Personal Care on a PRN (as needed) and Part-Time basis.

Job Description:

The LPN will participate in assessing, planning, and providing primary nursing care for an assigned number of residents. In this role, you will also direct basic care provided by nurse aides. Additionally, you will administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, assist in all facets of care to residents, and ensure that restorative/rehabilitative nursing care plans are performed and documented in accordance with current procedures. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three to six months related experience and/or training
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Knowledge and understanding of the geriatric resident and their needs

Compensation:

$20.70 - $26.65 per hour
