Assisted Living / Memory Care QMA

The Assisted Living / Memory Care QMA position at Westminster Village - West Lafayette is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors in our community. As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will provide assistance and support to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor residents' vital signs and health status

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation

• Help create and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• Valid QMA certification in the state of Indiana

• Knowledge of medication administration practices and procedures

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
