Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and provide solutions
- Order and manage inventory of parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and equipment inventory
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
