HVAC Installer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at Mainstream Heating and Cooling. As a HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems in homes, commercial buildings and other facilities.

Responsibilities
• Install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform maintenance on HVAC systems and ensure they are running efficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints to install and maintain HVAC systems
• Work closely with customers to explain and recommend solutions to address their HVAC concerns
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, safety and customer satisfaction at all times
• Follow all building codes, safety regulations and company policies and procedures

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
