This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $2,800 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 6 months

NorthBank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) who is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident's physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment.

North Bank is a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center - what is commonly called a nursing home, in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. But for us and the residents who either live in our facility or seek short-term rehabilitation here, it's so much more.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

State Licensure to Practice Physical Therapy
