Job Description – HVAC Installer
Travis Crawford Heating Cooling Plumbing is a leading HVAC service provider specializing in delivering quality heating & cooling solutions, competitive pricing, and a No Worry Guarantee. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who is passionate about delivering top-notch services to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. You will work with a team of experts and other tradespeople to deliver exceptional services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining them as loyal customers. You will play a critical role in promoting our brand and upholding our core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC system issues
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer's specifications
- Install and connect thermostats, humidistats, and other HVAC control devices
- Work alongside other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and construction workers
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality services and resolving customer complaints
- Promote our brand and uphold our core values
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High levels of professionalism and integrity
- Valid HVAC technician certification/license
- Valid driver's license
