This role involves analyzing current workforce capabilities, forecasting future workforce needs, and ensuring that the organization is prepared to meet its strategic objectives. Responsibilities Include : Develop and lead the overall workforce planning strategy to align with business objectives and conduct workforce analysis to understand current capabilities and identify future needs Implement workforce planning practices that bring capabilities and budgets together into a cohesive plan that business leaders execute Utilize data analytics to forecast future talent needs based on business growth, market trends, and strategic goals and develop scenarios and models to predict the impact of business changes on workforce requirements Identify gaps in workforce capabilities and develop strategies to address them Partner with senior leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into workforce strategies and provide insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce-related matters Develop and maintain key metrics and dashboards to track workforce performance and planning effectiveness that can provide insights to senior leadership Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce planning and management Requirements : Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education. Experience : 10+ years relevant work experience Computer Skills : Standard computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Experience with workforce planning tools and software. Communication Skills : This position is expected to communicate recommendations and strategically influence across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
