Entry Level Human Resources; As we continue to grow, Bobby Rahal Jaguar Land Rover South Hills is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Process new hire, termination, and transfer paperwork.
- Schedule interviews and meetings as requested by the Director of HR.
- Perform general office duties, including creating employee records, filing, scanning, copying, file rotation, etc.
- Assist in proper performance review administration.
- Assist with internal processes such as open enrollment, internal audits, and recognition events.
- Assist with benefit administration.
- Maintain and update employee records and files in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- HR Degree required.
- Team player that takes pride in a job well done.
