As an HVAC Installer with Air & Energy, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Test systems to ensure they are working properly
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems
- Recommend solutions to clients based on their needs
- Complete all installations and repairs according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- EPA certification preferred
- Strong technical and math skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
