Bartender - Nationals Park BetMGM Sportsbook

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at the Nationals Park BetMGM Sportsbook. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while creating an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Mix and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure compliance with all beverage and alcohol service regulations
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations
• Handle cash and other forms of payment responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and manage inventory, restocking as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
• Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be of legal drinking age
