Amarillo Air Masters Heating & Cooling Company is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Amarillo, Texas. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch services for their heating and cooling systems.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a minimum of two years of experience as a Service Technician. Our technicians are team-oriented and take pride in their work, striving for excellence in every task they undertake.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and service on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Identifying and diagnosing system issues and malfunctions.
- Providing detailed explanations of system problems and discussing potential solutions with clients.
- Repairing and replacing parts and components as necessary.
- Installing new HVAC systems and related components.
- Maintaining inventory and equipment, and ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and advancements through regular training sessions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Service Technician.
- Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, components, and tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
