Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the nursing and rehabilitation teams to develop and implement individualized restorative care plans for residents
- Provide hands-on assistance and support to residents in performing therapeutic exercises and activities
- Document and maintain accurate records of residents' progress and response to restorative interventions
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and support for residents
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in restorative nursing care

Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Previous experience in restorative nursing care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently
