Our client, is seeking a Distribution Lead to join their team in Syracuse,NY. Job Title: Distribution Lead - 3rd Shift Location: East Syracuse, NY Schedule: Sat - wed. 10:00pm - 6:00am Pay Range: $24.20 up, depending on experience What’s the Job? Supervise outbound and inbound flow activities Oversee daily operations and efficiently manage staff Ensure timely completion of tasks in an assigned operational area Working in varying conditions, including outdoor activities and exposure to cold temperatures. What’s Needed? Warehouse experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skill Ability to work in outdoor and cold environments Excellent communication and team managment skills What’s in it for me?
