Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Document resident care accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Prior experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and patience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
