The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $4,200 USDEst.

Job Description: HVAC Installer
Middleton Heat & Air is a trusted provider of reliable heating and AC services, serving customers in Gainesville and the surrounding areas since 1983. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team in Bryant, Arkansas.
As an HVAC Installer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have efficient and effective heating and cooling systems. Your primary responsibility will be to install, inspect, test, and maintain HVAC equipment, ensuring it operates at peak performance.
Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Inspect existing HVAC systems and equipment to identify any faults or potential issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
- Communicate with customers to address their concerns and provide guidance regarding HVAC systems.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with HVAC installation and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in HVAC is a plus.
