A Stepping Stone Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Plant City, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality HVAC services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics of HVAC equipment
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Follow safety procedures and comply with industry standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC problems
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work some weekends and evenings
