Responsibilities

• Provide customers with the highest level of service
• Assist customers with selecting ski gear based on their needs
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve common problems with boot fitments
• Identify and replace broken or worn parts
• Communicate feedback to team members and customers
• Keep detailed records of work completed
• Clean, maintain, and keep the boot shop organized
• Work with customers to customize boots around their foot

Qualifications

• High level knowledge of all types of ski equipment
• Technical knowledge of all types of boot and binding systems
• Previous ski boot fitting experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Problem Solving skills
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs up and down stairs

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Weekend availability

Experience: Ski Shop: 1 year (Preferred)
