As a HVAC Installer at Friendly Heating & Cooling, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality heating and cooling solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Mount Airy, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, including components such as compressors, motors, pumps, fans, ducts, thermostats, and other controls.
- Performing inspections and tests to identify and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and components.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Regularly communicating with clients and colleagues to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any concerns or questions that clients may have.
- Staying informed of the latest HVAC technologies and techniques by actively participating in training and development programs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a HVAC installer.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders and stairs.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
