Job Description:

As a HVAC Installer with Chaves Heating & Air Conditioning, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a customer-centric mindset to ensure that our clients are always satisfied with our service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and related equipment

• Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, and repair or replace faulty components as needed

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of installation and repair projects

• Communicate frequently and effectively with our clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with our services

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including ductwork, electrical systems, and refrigeration principles

• Ability to read technical documents and schematics

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• EPA certification required
