Job Description: HVAC Installer
D&J Air Conditioning, a dba of Blue Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with company and manufacturer specifications
- Conduct performance tests and inspect systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to provide high-quality service to clients
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to extend their lifespan
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and provide repair solutions
- Communicate with clients to discuss installation and repair options and provide cost estimates
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- EPA Certification preferred but not required
