Market price: $1,300 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 9 months
Wexford Healthcare Center is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult and/or Gerontology to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner at Wexford Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of adult and/or geriatric patients
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention
• Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements:
• Valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult and/or Gerontology
• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
