About the Company

NATIVE FLORAL is now hiring a Floral Sales Merchandiser I in our Fairfax, VA customer location. This is an immediate opening. We are a national fresh cut flower grower and distributor selling high-quality floral bouquets and arrangements to wholesalers and mass marketers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a morning person who is upbeat, enthusiastic, and a self-starter with the ability to work well unsupervised. This position is essentially like running your own business. The position requires someone well organized, hardworking, and reliable. If you are a motivated individual who derives personal satisfaction in increasing sales, providing great customer service, and works well unsupervised, you could be a great fit for this position.

Job Essentials

• Merchandise and maintain a fresh cut flower display
• Keeping display full, clean, and appealing to customers
• Preparing and submitting daily sales and inventory
• Experience in customer service, retail, and/or merchandising preferred
• Responsive to customer and store inquiries in a timely manner
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be available to work some weekends and mornings
• Able to work in a warehouse environment
• 36 hours per week
