HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Gagne Heating and Air. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will be working independently and as part of a team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems and components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Work with other technicians and team members to ensure the highest level of service for our customers
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Certification from accredited HVAC training program preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces
