Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Shifts

Stone Oak Care Center is currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our residents. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

As an LVN at Stone Oak Care Center, your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Administering medications and treatments to residents
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' conditions
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of residents
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to residents

Qualifications

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid LVN license in the state of [state]

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Shifts

Stone Oak Care Center is currently hiring for the following shifts:

• 6am-2pm
• 2pm-10pm
