Job Summary
CU Presents encourages applications for a Tessitura CRM Specialist! The Tessitura CRM Specialist assists the Director of Ticketing and Patron Services in implementing and supporting Tessitura for CU Presents and its partner organizations. The position maintains, updates, and improves the use of Tessitura throughout CU Presents, serves as the primary Tessitura training liaison for CU Presents staff and partners, and establishes and maintains clear standards and practices for patron data and other uses of the Tessitura database. The Tessitura CRM Specialist builds and maintains a standardized reports and analytics structure for internal and partner use and manages advanced features of the Tessitura implementation such as Analytics, HTML templates and SSMS stored procedures. The position also serves as a backup box office manager, providing additional daytime or night-of-show support during heavy business periods. This is a hybrid position which will require a mix of in-person and remote work on a weekly basis.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Tessitura software use, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and training
Responsible for maintaining Tessitura and CU Presents' use of Tessitura in an up-to-date and effective manner.
In consultation with the Director of Ticketing and Patron Services, maintain the CU Presents implementation of Tessitura and TNEW, manage and perform upgrades and service enhancements, maintain existing SQL/HTML customizations, research and improve usage of Tessitura features as needed, and advise and assist in the creation of new customizations as needed.
Assist the Director of Ticketing and Patron Services in event creation, maintenance, and pricing.
Onboard staff-level users into Tessitura, manage user accounts, and train all CU Presents staff as needed in the rollout of new features and functionality. Document changes, business practices, and use of the Tessitura database.
Reporting and analytics
Create and maintain a slate of standard reporting and analytics for Tessitura and provide context as needed to explain those reports.
As needed, create specialized reports, data widgets, and narrative answers to specific business questions.
Assist in the use of data and analytics to inform marketing, patron services, and Advancement business practices.
Maintain patron data
Responsible for maintaining and updating a clean, usable patron database for communication, customer service, marketing, and ticket history reporting.
Perform regular and periodic maintenance of patron records, maintains and controls CU Presents data and data security standards, review activities which alter or use patron data, and advise/research the impacts of potential changes to the database structure.
Backup box office manager
Serve as a backup to the Box Office Manager and provide assistance to student box office staff. This position will need to be well-versed in all the daytime functions of the box office including sales using Tessitura, customer service, box office policies, and supervising student assistants.
What You Should Know
The work schedule will be a mix of days, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the performance calendar. There will be some opportunity for hybrid work after the initial training period.
What We Can Offer
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually. Relocation assistance is available within department guidelines.

What We Require
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience and education may substitute on a year for year basis.
1 year of administrative experience in an arts and culture setting.
1 year of experience with Tessitura CRM or equivalent software that includes using advanced features such as event creation, system/security controls, reference tables, web sales management, Analytics, and/or SQL backend.
Experience with maintaining data hygiene and security protocols.
Experience using reporting tools to answer business questions.
Knowledge of one or more of SQL, HTML, or C#/Razor for use in business processes.
What You Will Need

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive suites.
Customer service and box office management skills.
Ability to train and troubleshoot with staff on software solutions.
Able to work independently for a variety of customers.
