Workforce Management Coordinator

Coordinate the covering of shifts, left open due to associate absences, by contacting associates who may be available to work and adding the shift to the schedule in Kronos. Perform the day of timekeeping functions for all departments. Processing timecards, entering missing punches, comments, and paycodes. Maintaining the schedules on the day of, adjusting shifts, transferring of associates between locations, and solving scheduling issues. Communicate trends in guest demand, associate absences, and/or schedule changes to the Scheduling Team, for adjustments in future schedules. Coordinate the resolution of associate scheduling concerns, by directing the associate to the appropriate scheduler, leadership team, or resolving the concern themselves. Qualifications: High School Diploma. Preferred: Associate’s degree/vocational or technical Degree. Strong organizational skills and time management. Must be able to multi-task Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, and DMV Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is an equal opportunity employer.
