We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Zone Home Solutions, an elite Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and President's Award winner with over 20 years of industry experience. As the HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems for our valued customers in Buford, Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed diagnostics and identify the root cause of HVAC system failures.
- Provide customers with explanations and recommendations for repair or replacement options.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Keep track of system parts inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to operate standard tools, equipment, and instruments utilized in the HVAC industry.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
