Market price: $3,600 USDEst.

Job Description: HVAC Installer
At Wichita Heating and Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on providing top-quality heating and cooling solutions to our clients throughout Derby Kansas. As a result of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
As an HVAC Installer, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing work as needed
- Follow specifications and blueprints to ensure installations are completed correctly
- Coordinate with clients and other contractors as needed to ensure project success
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation (or a similar trade)
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
