About the Company:

Coronado At Stone Oak, a leading real estate developer, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. We specialize in providing luxurious and upscale living communities to our residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Painting and Finishing:

- Prepare surfaces and apply coats of paint or other finishes to enhance the appearance of buildings and structures

- Select appropriate paint or finish materials based on project requirements

- Mix and thin paint to achieve desired color and consistency

- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment

- Ensure all surfaces are properly prepared and finished to meet quality standards

2. Project Planning and Execution:

- Review project plans and specifications to determine painting requirements

- Estimate the quantity and cost of materials needed for each project

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient project execution

- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

3. Documentation and Communication:

- Keep accurate records of project details, including materials used and hours worked

- Communicate with supervisors and team members regularly to provide progress updates

- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Painter in a similar role

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent

- Skills:

- Proficient in using various painting tools and equipment

- Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques

- Ability to mix and match colors to achieve desired results

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces if needed
