As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including filter replacement and cleaning coils.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems to identify the root cause of problems.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other HVAC professionals to provide the best solution for our customers' needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an HVAC training program or equivalent work experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
