Richfield Living is a leading provider of senior living services in Salem, VA. We are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents, and we are currently seeking a Full-Time LPN for our assisted living facilities.
Job Summary
The LPN has the primary responsibility of enhancing the resident's quality of life and working closely with other team members. They provide each resident with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with their assessment, choices, and plan of care. The nurse will administer medications/treatments per physician’s orders and within state, federal regulations, and Richfield Living's guidelines. Accurate documentation must be timely and requires attention to detail.
Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure resident comfort and safety
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current active LPN license in the state of VA
- 2 years’ experience in a leadership role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow instructions
- Possess a genuine concern and interest for all residents
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and make sound judgments
- Strong team skills in decision making and completing tasks in a team format
